B& Capital recruits associate to launch small-cap fund

B& Capital is expanding its investment capabilities by targeting the ‘very small cap’ segment. To lead this initiative, the firm has recruited Marianne Harlé as an associate. Harlé previously managed the ‘very small cap’ investment strategy at Andera Partners, specifically overseeing the 80 million euro Andera Croissance vehicle.

Celebrating its tenth anniversary, B& Capital—originally launched in 2016 with support from Roland Berger associates—is working to raise a new fund estimated between 120 and 130 million euros. This new vehicle will focus on smaller companies than those targeted by its previous funds, which raised 217 million euros in 2019 and 315 million euros in 2025. Harlé joins a leadership team that includes founders Bertrand Tissot, Philippe Zurawski, Mikael Schaller, and Bernard Arock.
