B. LEAGUE 2026-27 season kickoff events announced for Tokyo Sunrockers and Yokohama Excellence

The Tokyo Sunrockers, a B. LEAGUE PREMIER club based in Koto, Tokyo, will hold a launch ceremony for the 2026‑27 season on 22 August 2026 at 15:00. The event will feature head coach Sean Dennis, players, a talk session and a live YouTube broadcast.

Yokohama Excellence announced a "Smile Pass" program that gives free tickets to elementary‑school and preschool children living in Yokohama for home games of the 2026‑27 B. LEAGUE ONE season. Eligible participants receive a 100 % off coupon for a second‑floor free‑seat per game, with matches at Yokohama Budokan, Yokohama BUNTAI and Yokohama Arena. The initiative is part of the club’s community project to broaden access to professional basketball.
