B. LEAGUE teams Yokohama Excellence and Veltex Shizuoka announce new partnerships

Several B. LEAGUE professional basketball teams in Japan have announced new partnership agreements for the 2026-27 season.

V Point Marketing Co., Ltd. has entered into an official partnership with Yokohama Excellence. The collaboration aims to enhance fan engagement and regional revitalization. Starting in the 2026-27 season, fans can earn V points by checking in at home games via the V Point app. Additionally, a point redemption program for official merchandise will begin on October 10, 2026, and fans will have opportunities to exchange accumulated points for limited-edition club goods at designated home games.

Separately, Rent Co., Ltd., an industrial and construction machinery rental company, has upgraded its relationship with Veltex Shizuoka to a platinum partnership for the 2026-27 season. Building on a partnership that began in the 2024-25 season, the new agreement includes plans for sponsored home games as part of Rent Co., Ltd.’s commitment to supporting regional revitalization and sports promotion in Shizuoka.
