B LIGHT 2 project hosts workshop for Croatia-Hungary SME cooperation

An information workshop was held in Koprivnica to present documentation for the first call for project proposals under the B LIGHT 2 project. This initiative aims to foster cross-border business cooperation among micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) operating on both sides of the Hungary-Croatia border.

The project, which has a total value of over 7.5 million EUR funded by EU resources, is led by the Croatian Agency for Small Business, Innovation and Investment (HAMAG-BICRO). Other partners include the PORA Regional Development Agency of Koprivnica-Križevci County, as well as various regional development agencies and entrepreneurship centers from Hungary and Croatia.

The first call for proposals under this project has an allocated budget of approximately 3.75 million EUR. The B LIGHT 2 project is scheduled to be implemented through March 31, 2029.
