Ba Vi Safari project proposed in Hanoi with 10,000 billion VND investment
Ba Vi Commune in Hanoi is preparing to publicly disclose the Ba Vi Eco-Tourism Complex - Safari Component project to gather community feedback. The project is located in the Giap Thuong and Son Ly hamlets.
Mat Troi Real Estate Group JSC, a member of Sun Group, has submitted a proposal to the Hanoi Department of Finance to implement the project under special provisions of the Capital Law No. 02/2026/QH16. The proposed development covers more than 580 hectares and is planned to be executed in two stages.
The preliminary total investment for the project is estimated at 10,000 billion VND. The initiative aims to leverage the region's ecological and landscape potential to establish Ba Vi as a hub for eco-tourism, resorts, and nature-based experiences while maintaining harmony between economic growth and environmental protection.
