Bağbaşı Culture Center opens in Pamukkale
The Bağbaşı Culture Center has officially opened in the Pamukkale district of Denizli, Turkey, following a 10-year period of inactivity. The 10,000-square-meter facility, which had previously been described as a 'dead building' due to its long-term closure, was completed under the administration of Pamukkale Mayor Ali Rıza Ertemur.
The new center includes modern wedding halls, a theater hall named after Tekin Akmansoy, various cultural workshops, and a Child Development Center designed to support working mothers. The opening ceremony coincided with the 103rd anniversary of the Republic of Turkey and was attended by local officials, political representatives, and thousands of residents.
