Babak Zanjani resurfaces with new business ventures in Tehran

Babak Zanjani has returned to the public eye following the opening of the ‘Surinet VIP’ cafe and confectionery in western Tehran. The event, which drew significant attention on social media, reportedly involves Zanjani’s sister, though his presence has sparked intense public debate.

In addition to the cafe opening, Zanjani has been active in the logistics sector through his company, Dot One. At a recent international transport and logistics exhibition, he unveiled new Changan and Toyota taxi models and announced strategic projects, including the modernization of the taxi fleet with 45,000 units equipped with cameras. He also claimed that Dot One plans to provide satellite internet services via wireless connections in their taxis.
