Babis Lazaridis discusses family and GNTM participation

Babis Lazaridis, the 21-year-old son of singer Angeliki Iliadi, appeared on the television program ‘Protos Kafes me ti Zina’ to discuss his personal life and his participation in the reality show GNTM.

Lazaridis shared reflections on the loss of his father, a businessman who was killed in 2008 when Lazaridis was only three years old. He noted that while his memories of his father are limited, he recalls a specific instance of being scolded. He also expressed gratitude for the continuous support provided by his mother.

Regarding his decision to audition for GNTM, Lazaridis stated that he wanted to establish his own identity and be known by his own name rather than through his mother's fame. He is currently in his fourth year of studying Business Administration and expressed a desire to pursue a path unrelated to the music industry.
