BABYMETAL to feature on limited edition Marvel Zombies comic cover

Japanese metal trio BABYMETAL is collaborating with Marvel for a limited edition variant cover of ‘Marvel Zombies: War Zone #1’. The collectible comic features artwork by Phil Noto and depicts the band members alongside Marvel characters.

Only 3,500 copies of the BABYMETAL variant are being produced. The standard edition of the comic was released on September 2, while pre-orders for the variant are available through Capitol Records and Hustl. In Japan, pre-orders are scheduled to open on September 7 via the A!SMART online store.

This collaboration follows the band’s previous connection to the Marvel Zombies franchise, as their track ‘from me to u’ was featured in a trailer for the Marvel Television animated series on Disney+.
