Bac Ninh City inspects two social housing projects

The Bac Ninh City Inspectorate has launched an inspection into two social housing projects to ensure compliance with laws regarding land, investment, construction, and financial obligations. The targeted developments include the Cao Nguyen 3 Social Housing Project and a social housing project located in Tu Son Ward.

Following the announcement of inspection decisions 448/QD-TTTP. NV9 and 449/QD-TTTP. NV9 on October 7, 2026, the inspection team will conduct 45 working days of direct on-site investigation. The audit will cover the period from the initial project implementation to the present, focusing on environmental standards, real estate business regulations, and land lease policies.
