Bac Ninh driver fined 13 million VND for unlicensed passenger transport

A driver in Bac Ninh province, Vietnam, faces a significant fine after transporting a passenger for a fee without a commercial transport license. The driver, identified as Nguyen V. V. M., was intercepted by the Bac Ninh Traffic Police Department on provincial road 398D in Nesnh Ward.

Authorities determined that M. used a private vehicle to transport a passenger from Quang Chau Industrial Park to Van Trung Industrial Park, charging a fee of 100,000 VND. As a result of this unlicensed commercial activity, the driver is expected to be fined 13 million VND and will have 6 points deducted from his driver's license.
