Bac Ninh Police extradite two Chinese fugitives

Bac Ninh Police in Vietnam have apprehended and handed over two Chinese nationals who were wanted internationally for financial crimes. The suspects were identified as Huang Gensheng and Li Fang Han.

Huang Gensheng was wanted for embezzlement after allegedly misappropriating 5,117 products valued at approximately 434,365 yuan from a company in Zhejiang province. Li Fang Han was wanted for fraud related to the brokerage and sale of fake value-added tax invoices to various Chinese enterprises to illicitly obtain export tax refunds.

Following a coordinated investigation and surveillance operation, the suspects were arrested on September 26. They were subsequently transferred to Chinese authorities at the Huu Nghi International Border Gate.
