Bach Hoa Xanh expands retail network with large-scale recruitment

Bach Hoa Xanh, a food supermarket chain under Mobile World Investment Corporation (MWG), is conducting a large-scale recruitment drive to support its rapid nationwide expansion. The company is seeking personnel in various regions, including Hanoi, for several roles.

Recruitment categories include supermarket staff with monthly incomes ranging from 9 to 14 million VND, and supermarket managers with potential earnings between 15 and 30 million VND per month. Additionally, the company is hiring collaborators with hourly rates between 31,000 and 35,000 VND.

The hiring surge follows significant growth for the chain, which has expanded to 4,050 stores, an increase of nearly 1,500 locations compared to the start of 2026. Bach Hoa Xanh reported eight-month revenue of approximately 40,100 billion VND, representing a nearly 32% increase compared to the same period last year.
