Bach Mai Hospital warns of recruitment scam targeting job seekers

Bach Mai Hospital has issued a public warning after scammers impersonated the hospital to send fake recruitment invitations. The fraudulent messages contain "pre‑selection" or "interview" letters and direct recipients to download unofficial messaging apps, provide personal details, bank account numbers, OTP codes, or transfer money.

The hospital stresses that it never sends recruitment emails, never asks candidates to use non‑official platforms such as Signal or Telegram, and does not request any payment or banking information. Official job announcements are posted only on the hospital’s electronic portal. The hospital advises the public to ignore suspicious emails or documents, verify job offers through the official website, and report any fraudulent communications to the hospital or authorities.
