Bachelor Girl releases reimagined debut album 'Waiting for the Day: Artist Sessions

Australian pop duo Bachelor Girl have issued a new version of their 1998 debut album, titled Waiting for the Day: Artist Sessions. The 15‑track project revisits each original song with collaborations from a roster of Australian artists, including Eurovision representatives Guy Sebastian, Jessica Mauboy and Delta Goodrem, as well as other notable musicians such as Darren Hayes, Tommy Emmanuel and Sheppard.

The album, released worldwide, is accompanied by a national tour celebrating the original record’s legacy. It aims to introduce the duo’s classic songwriting to a new generation while honoring the enduring popularity of hits like “Buses and Trains.”
