Backstreet Boys to perform 12 shows at Toronto’s Rogers Centre in 2027
The Backstreet Boys have scheduled a 12-show concert run at Toronto’s Rogers Centre in 2027, citing overwhelming demand. This engagement doubles the venue’s previous record of six shows, which was established by Taylor Swift during her Eras Tour in 2024.
The massive booking highlights a trend of millennial nostalgia, with fans willing to travel long distances and spend significant amounts on tickets to revisit the music of their youth. This surge in interest for legacy acts comes at a time when some contemporary major artists have faced challenges with sluggish ticket sales.
