Bad Bunny concerts generate up to €45 million boost for Milan economy

The two Bad Bunny concerts scheduled for 17–18 July 2024 at Milan’s Ippodromo Snai La Maura sold 157,000 tickets in under four hours, averaging about 78,500 spectators per night. The influx of fans is expected to create a sizable ripple effect across hotels, transport, restaurants, retail and related services, producing an estimated total economic impact of €35‑45 million – roughly €223‑287 per attendee.

The projected boost is modest compared with the €180 million impact recorded for Taylor Swift’s 2024 San Siro shows, reflecting differences in audience composition and spending patterns, but still represents a significant short‑term stimulus for the city’s hospitality and commerce sectors.
