Bad Bunny's Milan concert canceled by storm; refunds to begin July 24

From the stage in Brussels, Bad Bunny addressed the disappointed Italian fans, calling the Milan show “one of the best performances of his life” and promising that he will “return to Milan” in the future, though no date has been set.
