Bad Bunny’s Apple Music Super Bowl LX halftime performance, staged on 8 February 2026 at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, earned a historic nine nominations for the 78th Primetime Emmy Awards. The nominations cover Outstanding Variety Special (Live), directing, production design, choreography, hairstyling, lighting design, music direction, sound mixing and technical direction/camerawork. This eclipses the previous record of six nominations held by Lady Gaga’s 2017 halftime show.
