Bad Honnef to host ‘Pedal & Picknick’ bicycle festival

The Green Party (Bündnis 90/Die Grünen) in Bad Honnef will host the second annual ‘Pedal & Picknick’ bicycle festival on August 30, 2026. The event will take place at Insel Grafenwerth from 11:00 to 17:00.

Activities for the festival include a bicycle course, a bike check station, a quiz with prizes, and a bouncy castle. The event aims to provide information on regional cycling paths and offers from the DIMB. Marita Langbein, spokesperson for the Green Party in Bad Honnef, noted that the festival promotes health, movement, and environmental protection through cycling.
