Bad Kissingen: Kurhausstraße closure for crane removal
Kurhausstraße in Bad Kissingen will undergo a full closure from Friday, September 25, at 3:00 PM until approximately 7:00 PM on Saturday, September 26. The closure is necessary to facilitate the removal of a construction crane due to a private building project near house number 43.
The closure will temporarily suspend the current one-way traffic regulation. Access from Ostring and Würzburger Straße will be limited to the area near the gas station or the Groma company, with exits directed toward the Südbrücke via a side arm of Kurhausstraße. Traffic from the north can access the street up to house number 39.
Local transit and rail access will be affected. The train station will not be reachable from the south via Ostring due to restrictions at the Kissinger Straße/Bergmannstraße intersection; a detour via Wendelinusstraße and the Wendelinus parking lot will be implemented. Additionally, city bus lines 2 and 7 will bypass Kurhausstraße stops and follow detour routes.
