Badajoz to host Guía Repsol Soletes awards in December
The city of Badajoz will host the presentation of the winter edition of the Guía Repsol Soletes on December 3. The event will take place at the Edificio Metálico of the University of Extremadura, the former city food market.
María Ritter, director of the Guía Repsol, announced the event during the closing of the III Espiga Agri-food Fair. The awards recognize everyday gastronomy, such as breakfast spots, cafes, and places for daily menus. Currently, Extremadura has 154 distinguished establishments, including 82 in the province of Badajoz and 72 in Cáceres.
The ceremony will bring together new award recipients and establishments recognized in previous editions, aiming to highlight the culinary talent and products of the Extremadura region.
