Badalona opens registration for 35 protected housing units

The Badalona City Council has opened registration for 35 protected housing units, consisting of 16 units for sale and 19 for rent. To participate in the allocation process, interested individuals must first register with the Registry of Applicants for Protected Housing (HPO).

Applicants are required to demonstrate continuous residency and registration in Badalona for the two years preceding the application period. Other requirements include Spanish nationality or a valid residence permit, non-ownership of another property, and meeting specific economic and solvency criteria.

The sale units are located on Liszt Street in the Pau neighborhood, featuring two or three bedrooms and sizes ranging from 73 to 99 square meters. Prices for these units range from approximately 184,470 to 226,254.60 euros, excluding VAT. Construction on this site began in October.
