Badan Bank Tanah secures land use for 170 plots in Ngawi

The Badan Bank Tanah (Land Bank Agency) has provided legal certainty for the utilization of 170 plots of land in Dampit Village, Bringin District, Ngawi Regency, East Java. This was formalized through Land Utilization Agreements based on Management Rights (HPL).

Acting Head of the Land Bank Agency, Hakiki Sudrajat, stated that orderly and productive land use is essential to ensure the land provides tangible benefits to the community. The agreements provide a legal basis for the community to use the land for productive activities, as well as for the provision of public and social facilities.

In collaboration with the Ngawi Regency Government and the Ngawi Regency Land Office, the agency aims to drive economic value, support environmental management, and improve local welfare. Eksam Sodak, Head of the Ngawi Regency Land Office, noted that this legal certainty is intended to serve as a foundation for residents to develop economic activities and improve their standard of living.
