Baden-Leesdorf Volunteer Fire Department marks 150 years

The Baden-Leesdorf Volunteer Fire Department is hosting an exhibition to mark its 150th anniversary. The third and final part of the exhibition is currently held at the Fischer-Kügerl winery in Baden, featuring a photo gallery that documents the last 25 years of service, including significant events such as a major fire in Baden's city center in 2012.

In addition to the visual display, a comprehensive anniversary chronicle detailing the department's 150-year history is available for free. The exhibition remains open until September 3. The anniversary celebrations will culminate on September 26, 2026, with a formal ceremony followed by an Oktoberfest event at the fire station.
