Baden-Württemberg police pursue multiple cold case murder investigations

Police in Baden-Württemberg are continuing investigations into several unsolved murder cases. In Schwaikheim, authorities are searching for a witness or perpetrator in the death of a 75-year-old woman found in her garden on September 24, 2024. Investigators are using a composite sketch to identify a young man, aged 17 to 25, seen near the scene.

Additionally, authorities are revisiting the 1997 cold case of 26-year-old Eva Götz, who was killed near the Freiburg main station. The investigation remains open as police seek new leads regarding the circumstances of her death.
