Rangers FC finalize loan deal for Badredine Bouanani

Rangers FC has finalized a season-long loan deal for Algerian international winger Badredine Bouanani from VfB Stuttgart. The transfer was made possible by the extended transfer window in Scotland, allowing the move to proceed even after the German market had closed.

Bouanani, 21, is undergoing a medical in Glasgow. The agreement includes a significant buy option, reported to be as high as €18 million (£15.5 million). The move aims to provide the attacker with more consistent playing time to further his development after a season with limited minutes in the Bundesliga.

VfB Stuttgart manager Sebastian Hoeneß expressed support for the move, noting the importance of regular playing time for the player's progression. The deal marks one of the final major transactions for Rangers as they conclude their summer business.
