Baekhyun of EXO allegedly faces 63 billion won in financial losses

EXO member Baekhyun is allegedly facing significant financial losses totaling approximately 63 billion won (roughly $46 million USD) due to issues surrounding his exclusive contract with the company One Hundred.

According to claims made by YouTuber Lee Jin Ho, the losses stem from three primary areas. First, Baekhyun was reportedly promised a 35 billion won signing fee, which was allegedly to be provided as a luxury unit in the Eterno Phase 3 residential complex; however, that phase of the development has not yet been built. Second, Baekhyun reportedly paid a 16 billion won lease deposit for a residence in La Nuvo Hannam that may be unrecoverable. Third, he is allegedly owed 12 billion won in unpaid settlement payments.

The allegations link these financial difficulties to One Hundred and its chairman, Cha Ga Won. While the claims have gained significant attention, they currently stem from a YouTube broadcast and have not been officially confirmed by Baekhyun or the involved companies.
