BaFin warns of unauthorized crypto services from Fintresor and BitBucks

The German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) has issued a warning regarding two websites, fintresor.online and bitbucks.space, for offering financial and crypto-asset services without the required authorization.

BaFin noted that the operators of fintresor.online are unknown and are suspected of providing unauthorized financial and crypto-asset services. Additionally, the operators of bitbucks.space are suspected of offering unauthorized financial, securities, and crypto-asset services while falsely claiming an association with the Stuttgart-based company Frank und Freunde GmbH, which is a case of identity theft.
