Baghraf Health Care (RS BHC) Hospital in Sumenep, Madura, is facing criticism regarding its medical services. A family member of a BPJS health insurance patient reported that medical staff failed to promptly replace an empty IV drip despite being notified by the family.

The complainant expressed disappointment, noting that while the hospital facilities appear modern, the speed and responsiveness of the staff during patient care were lacking. When media representatives attempted to seek confirmation at the hospital, security personnel stated that management was out of town and declined to allow entry to the facility.
