Bahía Blanca hosts Fiesta de las Colectividades at the port

The Fiesta de las Colectividades has commenced at the Puerto de Bahía Blanca, offering a weekend of gastronomy, music, dance, and cultural expressions from various regional communities.

The event was officially opened with a ceremony attended by Santiago Mandolesi Burgos, president of the Consorcio de Gestión del Puerto de Bahía Blanca, and local officials. The festival features a gastronomic area in Galpón D and musical performances at the Paseo Portuario.

Food offerings include dishes from several cultures, such as falafel and baklawa from the Syrian-Argentine community, cannoli from the Italian Society, ceviche and causa from Peru, and various traditional preparations from Spain, Venezuela, Portugal, Colombia, and Cuba.
