Bahia announces new public service exams for state and university roles

The state of Bahia has released the official notice for the EPPGG public competition. The selection process, managed by Fundação Cesgranrio, aims to fill 50 positions for the career of Specialist in Public Policy and Government Management. The roles offer a monthly salary of R$10,860.62 for a 40-hour work week. Applications are scheduled to take place between October 16 and November 11, 2026, with a registration fee of R$220. The objective exams are set for January 10, 2027, in Salvador.

Separately, the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA) has announced the schedule for its public competition. The objective exam is scheduled for December 20, 2026. Registration remains open until October 29 through the Instituto Avalia website. A recent amendment to the notice relocated the Laboratory Technician/Clinical Analysis position from Salvador to Vitória da Conquista, allowing candidates who have already paid the fee to request a refund until October 5.
