Bahia Court of Justice marks one year of Integrity System

The Court of Justice of the State of Bahia (TJBA) held an Integrity Meeting to mark the first anniversary of the implementation of the Judiciary Integrity System. The event, held at the Desembargadora Olny Silva Auditorium, aimed to reflect on institutional integrity and its impact on judicial speed, transparency, and service quality.

During the meeting, 2nd Vice-President Mário Albiani Júnior emphasized that integrity is a continuous commitment that transcends different administrations. The program included a lecture titled ‘From Repression to a Culture of Integrity’ delivered by Rita Tourinho, a Public Prosecutor and professor at the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA).

The initiative is a collaborative effort involving the TJBA High Administration, the General Secretariat of the Presidency, the Integrity Committee, and the Judiciary Controller's Office. The system seeks to promote ethics, responsibility, and the continuous development of mechanisms for public administration.
