Bahia Government initiates bidding for Feira de Santana Convention Center

The Government of Bahia, through the Secretariat of Culture, has announced a bidding process to manage the operations of the Carlos Pitta Theater and the Feira de Santana Convention Center. The electronic auction is scheduled for August 26 via a system managed by Banco do Brasil.

The goal is to hire a specialized producer to provide technical operation services, executive production, artistic support, and operational maintenance for the complex. The Feira de Santana Convention Center was inaugurated in December 2024 following a construction process that began in 2006 and cost R$ 56 million. The included theater features over 4,000 square meters and a 639-seat auditorium.
