Bahia Military Police announce 40 medical and dental officer vacancies

The official notice for the PM BA Saúde public examination has been published, offering 40 permanent positions for medical and dental officers within the Military Police (PM BA) and the Military Firefighters Corps (CBM BA) of Bahia.

The vacancies are distributed as follows:

For the Military Police, there are 16 positions: 12 for medical officers (including general practitioners, urologists, gynecologists, gastroenterologists, dermatologists, psychiatrists, endocrinologists, and ophthalmologists) and 4 for dental officers.

For the Military Firefighters, there are 24 positions: 16 for medical officers and 8 for dental officers. Specialties include emergency medicine and pediatric dentistry.

Successful candidates will enter at the rank of 1st Lieutenant. Salaries start at R$ 7,710.46 and can reach up to R$ 9,973.34, based on a 40-hour work week. The Instituto AOCP is the organizing body. Applications open from August 26 to September 21, 2026, with exams scheduled for January 17, 2027.
