A 28-year-old woman from Baia de Fier has been detained for 24 hours after violating her house arrest. Police discovered she had left her residence, where she was ordered by the Târgu Jiu Court to remain for 30 days.

Officers from the Novaci City Police located the woman on Nicolae Titulescu Street in Târgu Jiu. A criminal case for escape has been opened, and she has been taken to the Gorj County Police Inspectorate Detention and Preventive Arrest Center for legal measures.
