Eligio Valencia López, President of the Board of Directors, led the session and emphasized the foresight of the original drafters in creating a framework for future generations. The event was attended by high-ranking officials, including Secretary General of Government Juan José Pon Méndez, representing Governor Marina del Pilar Avila Olmeda, and Magistrate President Alejandro Isaac Fragozo López of the State Judiciary.
As part of the commemorations, the Congress recognized Catalino Zavala for his extensive political and parliamentary career, which includes service across five different legislatures.
