Baja California Sur selects 20 teachers for 2026 Educational Practice Recognition

The Secretariat of Public Education (SEP) in Baja California Sur, through the Unit of the System for the Career of Teachers (USICAMM), has announced the results for the 2026 Educational Practice Recognition. Out of 25 participating basic education teachers who submitted evidence of their professional practice, 20 have been selected for the honor.

Erika Patricia Real Miranda, head of USICAMM, stated that the national unit is expected to send the medals and recognitions to the states at a later date. Once received, the SEP of Baja California Sur will hold an official ceremony to present the awards. The recognition aims to highlight commitment, innovation, and effective pedagogical practices that contribute to the educational transformation of children and adolescents in the region.
