Baja dello Stella off-road race begins in Rivignano Teor

The Baja dello Stella, an off-road automobile race part of the Italian Cross Country Championship, has commenced in the Friuli Venezia Giulia region. The event, held on September 25 and 26, 2026, is centered in Rivignano Teor and includes routes through Palazzolo dello Stella, Varmo, and Talmassons.

Mario Anzil, the Vice Governor of Friuli Venezia Giulia with a mandate for Sport, attended the official starting ceremony. Anzil highlighted the event's ability to combine motorsport with the promotion of the local territory, specifically the Friulian spring areas (risorgive). He noted that the competition fosters synergy between the Motori dello Stella organization, local municipal administrations, various associations, and the agricultural sector.
