Bajopontina S.A. launches façade design contest for new distribution center in Huancayo, Peru

Bajopontina S.A., a strategic partner of Arca Continental and exclusive Coca‑Cola Peru bottler, announced the construction of a new distribution centre in the Sicaya district of Huancayo, Junín. To accompany the project, the company opened a national pre‑project competition for the design of the centre’s façade. The contest seeks innovative, technically rigorous proposals that reflect Bajopontina’s corporate identity, urban reference and functional‑technical innovation, while also addressing sustainability and integration with the surrounding urban fabric. The initiative aims to promote architectural creativity, recognize talent, generate local employment and improve the quality of the company’s distribution services across Lima East, Central Peru and key provinces such as Huancayo, Huancavelica and Huaraz.
