Bake Off Italia 2026: Grazia eliminated in sixth episode

The sixth episode of Bake Off Italia 2026, aired on October 9, focused on the theme of “daily treats,” ranging from breakfast to aperitifs. The episode featured a technical challenge led by Iginio Massari involving an “Exotic Cake,” a tropical variation of a traditional plumcake incorporating mango, passion fruit, coconut, and lime.

During the competition, contestants faced three main challenges: a creative task involving flaky brioches, the technical cake challenge, and a surprise task requiring the preparation of a 150 cm long focaccia with three different fillings. Onofrio performed well across the challenges, earning the blue apron, while Grazia was eliminated from the competition.

The judging panel included Ernst Knam, Damiano Carrara, and Tommaso Foglia, with Brenda Lodigiani serving as host and Iginio Massari appearing as a permanent guest.
