Bake Off Italia 2026: Iginio Massari joins as guest judge

The third episode of the fourteenth season of Bake Off Italia, aired on September 18, 2026, focused on the theme of ‘Lightness’. Hosted by Brenda Lodigiani, the episode featured judges Ernst Knam, Damiano Carrara, and Tommaso Foglia, along with guest judge Iginio Massari.

In the creative challenge, contestants were tasked with making a Chiffon Cake, a tall and airy dessert. Following this, the technical challenge required participants to replicate a specific Pavlova recipe designed by Iginio Massari. This dessert consists of a petal-shaped meringue base, mascarpone cream, raspberry sauce, and spiced peaches.

Massari noted that while the Pavlova appears simple, it requires precise technical execution regarding egg whites, whipped cream, and sugar syrup. The episode's results included negative feedback for contestants Clarissa, Stefano, Donato, and Onofrio during the initial stages.
