Bake Off Italia 2026: Isabella eliminated in royal-themed episode

In the fifth episode of Bake Off Italia 2026, themed ‘Bake Off Royal’, contestant Isabella was eliminated from the competition. The episode featured three main challenges: a creative challenge involving a reimagining of the ‘Torta Sissi’, a technical challenge, and a surprise challenge to create a multi-layered ‘Torta Perfezione’.

The technical challenge, overseen by Iginio Massari, required contestants to prepare a Neapolitan pastiera. Massari’s specific version included pink pepper English cream, requiring a balance of shortcrust pastry, ricotta, and cooked wheat. Danila took first place in this round, followed by Vittoria, while Alice and Grazia finished at the bottom of the rankings.
