Bake Off Italia: Omar eliminated during manual dexterity challenges

In the fourth episode of the fourteenth edition of Bake Off Italia, aired on September 25, 2026, contestants faced challenges centered on the theme of manual dexterity. Hosted by Brenda Lodigiani, the episode featured judges Ernst Knam, Damiano Carrara, and Tommaso Foglia, with guest judge Iginio Massari participating in the technical challenge.

The creative challenge required pairs of contestants to create gastronomic panettones with six different fillings, with the added difficulty of each person only being allowed to use one hand. The technical challenge, overseen by Massari, involved preparing a ‘zuppa inglese’ without the use of electronic utensils. In the surprise challenge, contestants were tasked with creating a two-tier canvas cake.

Luca earned the blue apron after performing well across the challenges, while Omar was eliminated from the competition.
