Bakery Cafe C to open first Hyogo location in Kobe's Sanchika

Bakery Cafe C is set to open its first Hyogo prefecture location at the Sanchika underground shopping mall in Kobe on August 28, 2026. The cafe, which marks the brand's third location nationwide, will offer approximately 40 varieties of bread, including croissants, savory breads, and desserts.

Special menu items include ‘crotches’—a new style of croissant combined with mochi inspired by trends in South Korea—and fried croissant sandwiches. The cafe will also serve coffee using ARK-certified beans from Ogawa Coffee. Additionally, the shop will offer unique beverages, including a matcha-chai latte and collaboration smoothies featuring the Sanchika mascot characters.
