Bakery festivals scheduled for October 2026 in Chiba and Osaka

Multiple bakery festivals are scheduled to take place in Japan during October 2026.

In Chiba, the ‘Bread Festival 2026’ will be held at Toyosuna Park within Aeon Mall Makuhari New City from October 23 to 25. Themed ‘Autumn Color Colorful Bread,’ the event will feature various bakeries from across the country, including Kanaya Hotel Bakery from Nikko and Bakery Penny Lane from Nasu. Admission is free.

In Osaka, the ‘WE LOVE BAKERY! For Bread Lovers’ event will take place at Hirakata T-SITE on October 3 and 4. This festival will feature a record 22 participating shops, primarily from the Kansai region. The lineup includes a variety of bagels, sweets, sandwiches, and specialty croissants from bakeries such as Ryukokorine and New Bird.
