Bakırcı GYO begins trading on Borsa İstanbul following successful IPO

Bakırcı GYO has officially commenced trading on Borsa İstanbul’s Yıldız Pazar under the ticker code BKRGY, following a successful initial public offering (IPO). A gong ceremony was held to mark the company’s entry into the capital markets, attended by executives from Borsa İstanbul and Bakırcı Group.

The IPO, led by İntegral Yatırım Menkul Değerler, reached a total size of approximately 2.16 billion TL. During the subscription period held between August 24 and 26, 2026, 167 million TL in nominal value shares were offered at a fixed price of 12.93 TL. The offering was distributed to 502,909 investors, with 66.36% of the shares allocated to domestic individual investors, 23.22% to high-application investors, and 10.42% to domestic institutional investors.

Through this capital increase, the company’s public float has reached 25%. Bakırcı GYO intends to utilize the proceeds from the IPO to fund future investments, specifically focusing on growth in trade and logistics center projects.
