Bakırcı GYO concludes three-day IPO demand collection

The three-day demand collection process for the Bakırcı Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı (Bakırcı GYO) initial public offering (IPO) concludes today, August 26, 2026. The shares are being offered to investors at a fixed price of 12.93 lira.

The IPO is expected to reach a total size of approximately 2.16 billion lira, representing a 25 percent public float. The offering involves the sale of 167 million nominal value shares through a capital increase. The allocation plan designates 70 percent of the shares to domestic individual investors, 10 percent to high-demand investors, and 20 percent to domestic institutional investors.

Bakırcı GYO intends to use 90 to 100 percent of the proceeds for project financing, with the remaining portion potentially allocated to working capital or debt repayment. Additionally, the company has committed to no partner sales and no capital increases (paid or bonus) for one year following the commencement of trading.
