Baku hosts Olive Festival at Seaside Boulevard

The Olive Festival has commenced at Baku’s Seaside Boulevard, celebrating Azerbaijan’s olive and olive oil culture. The event, which runs through October 25, features a variety of culinary experiences, including tasting sessions, food presentations, and special offers from local restaurants.

In addition to showcasing diverse olive products and brands, the festival includes a significant musical and cultural program. Performances include live music from prominent Azerbaijani singers such as Aygun Kazimova, Zulfiya Khanbabayeva, Khayyam Nisanov, Orkhan Zeynalli, Azad Shabanov, and Zamig Huseynov. Cultural elements such as the yalli folk dance by the Azerbaijan State Dance Ensemble have also been featured.

The festival is organized with support from the State Tourism Agency and the Seaside Boulevard Department, with sponsorship from Absheron Olive Gardens and Olivea. The event aims to provide a platform for local producers while offering entertainment for both residents and foreign tourists.
