Baku Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship concludes

The 31st Baku Rhythmic Gymnastics Championship concluded at the Baku Olympic Sports Complex following three days of competition held from September 10 to 12. The event featured various age categories, including pre-juniors, juniors, and youth gymnasts, competing in both individual all-around programs and group exercises.

In the individual competitions, notable winners included Humay Asgarzade, Miray Salamzade, and Nazli Mammadzade in the pre-junior categories, while Amina Novruzova secured gold in the junior category for those born in 2013. Group exercises involved different apparatuses based on age, such as the ball for the youngest participants and the ribbon for junior gymnasts.

The Azerbaijan Gymnastics Federation reported that the event included medal ceremonies for all-around winners and group teams, such as the Ocaq 2 and Ocaq 3 teams, which secured top positions in various categories.
